West Sussex County Council have approved in principle a second runway at Gatwick today. West Sussex County Times wants to hear your views on the matter.

CPRE Sussex along with CPRE Surrey and GACC have organised a seminar to give interested individuals, groups, organisations, local authorities, Parish Councils and politicians a chance to discuss the emerging arguments against a new runway at Gatwick Airport. The event will take place on Friday, 25th October 2013 from 9.30am - 1.00pm at Stanhill Court Hotel, Stan Hill, Charlwood, Surrey RH6 0EP. It will be chaired by Helyn Clack, Surrey County Council Cabinet Member abd speakers will include Rt Hon Francis Maude MP for Horsham and Minister for the Cabinet Office and Paymaster General, Tim Johnson Director of the Aviation Environment Federation, Tim Harrold, Chair Surrey CPRE Aviation Group and Keith Taylor, MEP for the South East.
